PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough; press onto prepared pan. Build up edges slightly. Use fork to generously prick dough. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, brown ground beef with onion in large skillet. Drain. Set aside.
- Cook and stir pizza sauce, tomato, Italian seasoning, garlic, cumin and red pepper in small saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, about 8 minutes or until of desired consistency.
- Spread tomato mixture over evenly pizza crust. Sprinkle with ground beef mixture and mushrooms. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Return to oven. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until heated through.
