PREPARATION:
Slow Cooker Directions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet; brown chicken on all sides. Transfer chicken to slow cooker.
- Sauté mushrooms and onion in same skillet. Add wine; stir and scrape brown bits from bottom of skillet. Add mixture to slow cooker. Sprinkle with basil, thyme and oregano. Cover; cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
