pound kielbasa sausage, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

small red onion, thinly sliced

small green bell pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced

cups sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained

teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2
teaspoon caraway seeds
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon black pepper
PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in large skillet. Add sausage, onion and bell pepper. Cook over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and sausage is lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain fat.
- Add sauerkraut, mustard, caraway seeds, salt and black pepper to skillet. Cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
