INGREDIENTS

1 can (14-1/2 ounces) vegetable broth 1 box (10 ounces) uncooked couscous 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 3 cups frozen Asian blend vegetable mix 1/3 cup stir-fry sauce 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 cup sliced almonds

  1. Pour vegetable broth into medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir in couscous and oil. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff couscous with fork; cover to keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, place vegetables in microwavable dish. Microwave according to package directions; drain.
  3. Combine stir-fry sauce, honey and lemon juice in small bowl. Pour over cooked vegetables; microwave on HIGH 1 minute.
