INGREDIENTS
4 New York strip steaks (about 5 ounces each) 1/4 cup olive oil 2 teaspoons minced garlic 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepperPREPARATION:
- Place steaks in shallow glass container. Combine oil, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl; mix well. Pour oil mixture over steaks; turn to coat well. Cover; refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes.
- Prepare grill for direct cooking.
- Place steaks on grid. Grill, covered, over medium-high heat 14 minutes for medium, 20 minutes for well or according to desired doneness, turning halfway through grilling time.
