INGREDIENTS
8 ounces boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 medium red potato, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables 2/3 cup beef gravy 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1 sheet (20X12 inches) heavy-duty foil, lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking sprayPREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Combine all ingredients except foil in medium bowl; stir to mix.
- Place beef mixture in center of foil sheet. Double fold sides and ends of foil to seal packet, leaving head space for heat circulation. Place packet on baking sheet.
- Bake 30 minutes or until beef is tender. Carefully open one end of packet to allow steam to escape. Open packet and transfer stew to two bowls.
