INGREDIENTS
1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese 1 tablespoon powdered sugar Grated peel of 1 lemon 1‑1/2 cups fresh blueberriesPREPARATION:
- Combine ricotta cheese, sugar and lemon peel in medium bowl; mix well.
- Place 3 tablespoons blueberries in each of 4 parfait glasses. Add 1/4 cup ricotta cheese mixture; top with another 3 tablespoons blueberries. Garnish as desired.
