2 tablespoons butter 2 large ripe peaches, cut into wedges 1 medium ripe mango, peeled and sliced 1 tablespoon brown sugar 4 scoops vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup peanut brittle, crushedPREPARATION:
- Melt butter over medium-high heat in large nonstick skillet Add peach and mango slices; sprinkle with brown sugar. Cook and stir gently 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through and fruits begin to soften.
- Divide fruits equally among 4 individual dessert bowls. Top each with 1 scoop ice cream and peanut brittle.
