INGREDIENTS
5 cups powdered sugar 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tablespoons butter, softened 4 to 5 tablespoons fat-free (skim) milk, divided 1 teaspoon vanillaPREPARATION:
- Combine powdered sugar, cocoa, butter, 4 tablespoons milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer at low speed until smooth, scraping bowl frequently. Beat in additional 1 tablespoon milk until of desired spreading consistency.
