INGREDIENTS
4 kiwifruit 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon grated orange peel 1 cup lemon nonfat yogurt 1/2 cup thawed frozen reduced-fat nondairy whipped topping 4 slices angel food cake, cut 1 inch thickPREPARATION:
- Peel kiwifruit; cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Combine kiwifruit, honey and orange peel; set aside. Combine yogurt and whipped topping until well blended. Place angel food cake on 4 dessert plates; top each slice with yogurt mixture and kiwifruit mixture. Serve immediately.
