Geography of Malmo
Malmö, Sweden, the capital of the district of Malmöhus. It is a seaport on the Öresund (a strait) opposite Copenhagen. Malmö is a commercial and industrial city and naval base. There are large shipyards, sugar refineries, textile mills, chemical plants, and breweries. Malmö was founded in the 1100's.
