Geography of Hagen
Hagen, Germany, an industrial city in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is on the Ennepe and Volme rivers in the Ruhr district, 10 miles (16 km) south of Dortmund. Hagen is a railway center and produces steel, machinery, chemicals, and textiles. World War II bombings destroyed more than half the city, but it was rebuilt rapidly after 1945.
