PREPARATION:
- Frost cupcakes with vanilla frosting.
- Decorate 9 cupcakes with blueberries. Decorate remaining cupcakes with strawberry half, placing strawberry halves at edge of each remaining cupcake as shown in photo.
- Arrange cupcakes on rectangular tray or on the table to form U.S. flag. Place blueberry-topped cupcakes in the upper left part of tray and strawberry-topped cupcakes in rows to resemble red and white stripes of flag.
