Easy & Creamy Hot Crab Dip Recipe | Miss Oregon's Favorite

INGREDIENTS

8 oz softened cream cheese 1/2 c light Mayo 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce 3 scallions, chopped 12 oz crab meat 1/2 tsp salt & pepper 2/3 Tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese

PREPARATION:

1. Mix with a wooden spoon.
2. Mix together cream cheese and Mayo in a large bowl.
3. Stir in lemon juice, pepper sauce and scallions.
4. Fold in crab meat, salt & pepper and spread into a baking dish.
5. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
6. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or cocktail size bread.
