medium onion, chopped

cloves garlic, minced

cup chili sauce

cup molasses

cup cider vinegar

tablespoons ancho or pasilla chili powder

teaspoon dry mustard
PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes.
