Maple-Glazed Pork Chops Recipe | Easy & Delicious

 
INGREDIENTS

Nonstick cooking spray 4 well-trimmed center cut pork chops (1/2 inch thick) 1 cup dry red wine or apple juice 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup pure maple syrup or maple-flavored syrup 1 tablespoon cold water 2 teaspoons cornstarch

PREPARATION:

  1. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork chops; cook 3 to 5 minutes per side or just until browned and pork is no longer pink in center. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  2. Add wine, cranberries and syrup to skillet; cook and stir over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Combine water and cornstarch in small bowl; stir until smooth. Add cornstarch mixture to skillet; cook and stir about 1 minute or until thickened and clear. Reduce heat to medium. Return pork chops to skillet; spoon sauce over chops. Simmer 1 minute.
