Easy Fresh Salsa Recipe - Authentic & Flavorful

 
INGREDIENTS

3 medium plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped 2 tablespoons chopped onion 1 small jalapeño pepper,* stemmed, seeded and minced 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon lime juice 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper *Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, lime juice, salt and black pepper in small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
