cups grape or cherry tomatoes, chopped

cup minced red onion

clove garlic, minced

teaspoon minced habanero pepper*

cup chopped fresh cilantro

tablespoon fresh lime juice

teaspoon salt

teaspoon black pepper
1/4
teaspoon ground cumin
*Habenero peppers can sting and irritate the skin; wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do touch eyes.
PREPARATION:
- Combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, chile and tomatoes in large bowl; drain excess liquid. Stir in cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper and cumin.
