teaspoon prepared horseradish

small (about 5 inches) lavash* flat breads

ounces sliced smoked salmon
1/2
red onion, thinly sliced

tablespoons capers, drained
*Lavash (also spelled lahvosh) is a thin, crisp, Middle Eastern flat bread. Other flat breads or toasts may be substituted.
PREPARATION:
- Combine cream cheese, lemon juice and horseradish in small bowl. Spread carefully over lavash. Top with salmon, onion and capers.
