INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1/3 cup cider vinegar 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons honey 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 head green cabbage shredded 1/2 head red cabbage shredded 4 cups collards shreddedPREPARATION:
- In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Add cabbages, collards to bowl. Toss well and adjust seasonings as needed.
