slices uncooked bacon, chopped

cans (abou 15 ounces each) Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained

small onion, chopped

cup canned diced tomatoes, well drained

tablespoons packed light brown sugar

tablespoons maple syrup

tablespoons unsulphured molasses

cloves garlic, minced

teaspoon salt

teaspoon dry mustard

teaspoon black pepper

bay leaf
PREPARATION:
Slow Cooker Directions
- Cook bacon in large skillet until almost cooked but not crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Combine bacon and all remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or until mixture is thickened. Remove bay leaf before serving.
