PREPARATION:
- Combine 2 tablespoons salsa, 2 tablespoons chilies, sour cream and hot pepper sauce in small bowl; set aside.
- Combine beef, remaining 4 tablespoons salsa and remaining chilies in large bowl; mix well. Shape into four 4-inch oval patties.
- Grill burgers over medium coals 8 to 10 minutes for medium or until desired doneness is reached, turning halfway through grilling time.
- Place 1 burger in center of 1 tortilla. Top with one-quarter of the lettuce, cheese and sour cream mixture. Bring edges of tortilla together over top of burger; secure with toothpick if necessary. Remove toothpick before serving.
