PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease and dust with flour.
- Beat butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda in small bowl. Add to butter mixture with chocolate chips, raisins and walnuts; stir until well blended.
- Scoop out about 1/2 cupful of dough for each cookie. Place on prepared cookie sheets, spacing about 5 inches apart. Using knife dipped in water, smooth balls of dough out to about 3-1/2 inches in diameter. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Remove to wire racks to cool.
