London Quilt Pattern
The London Quilt Pattern is an example of the timeless beauty of quilting. The quilt pattern repeats the London Square Quilt Block. Download the two-page London Quilt Pattern as a PDF to print out the pattern. You'll need to enlarge the quilt block to 125%.
To make the London Quilt Pattern:
Make 80 blocks, and stitch them together in 10 rows of 8 blocks as shown. Add inner border and
sawtooth square border (see the Quilt Borders page). Finished size is about 84 x 112 inches.

Cut:A: Cut 7, and cut 7 from contrasting fabric. B: Cut 2.
(Variation: Use 3 fabrics, as shown in the second picture below.)

Stitch:Stitch 7 A's to make a row, alternating fabrics. Make 2. (One row will begin and end with A; second row will begin and end with contrast A.) Stitch rows together, matching unlike fabrics. Stitch a B to either side of A's rows.
