Magnetic Memories
Refrigerators can never have too many magnets, especially when one of them reminds mom of somebody special.
Materials:- Magnets (alternative: magnetic sheets, found at most craft stores)
- Photograph
- Glue
- Glitter (alternative: dried flowers or other types of add-ons)
There's lots of ways to make cool magnets for mom. A school photo, baby photo -- maybe even a photo taken in the middle of Mother's Day -- can all be glued or stuck onto a flat magnetic sheet and then cut out. Cut along the outline or leave a little space for a message and some decorations like dried flowers, glitter, stickers, sequins, jewels or buttons.
You can also make decorative magnets out of everything from sea shells to silk flowers.
