A. F. Kerensky

Kerensky was born in Simbirsk (now Ulyanovsk). He was elected to the Duma (parliament) in 1912. In 1918 Kerensky fled to London, later settling in the United States.

He wrote Prelude to Bolshevism (1919); The Catastrophe (1927); Crucifixion of Liberty (1934); Russia and History's Turning Point (1965).
