INGREDIENTS
1 cup peach jam 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 4 ham steaks (about 5 ounces each)PREPARATION:
- Prepare grill for direct cooking.
- Combine jam, vinegar, parsley, brown sugar, garlic and pepper in small bowl; mix well.
- Place ham steaks on grid. Brush with jam mixture. Grill over medium-high heat 4 minutes. Turn ham steaks and brush with jam mixture. Grill 4 minutes.
- Serve ham steaks with remaining jam mixture on the side.
