cup (1 stick) butter, softened

cup packed light brown sugar

cup granulated sugar

cup all-purpose flour

tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

teaspoon baking powder

teaspoon baking soda

cup uncooked old-fashioned oats

cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

cup seedless and/or golden raisins
1/2
cup chopped nuts
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper; set aside.
- Beat butter and sugars in large bowl until blended. Add egg and vanilla; beat until fluffy. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda in small bowl; stir into butter mixture. Add oats, chocolate chips, raisins and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Remove to wire racks to cool.
